Q&A with this adorable couple’s intimate Napa wedding…
Tori & Joe traveled all the way from San Antonio, Texas for their intimate Napa wedding. They were looking for a special location to host their closest friends & family and found the perfect place in Hotel Yountville. Here’s a little insight into planning their big day…
Q. How did you 2 lovebirds meet? How did you get engaged?
A. Hi! We met about 5 years ago in Missouri while we both lived there through a mutual group of friends. Joe swept me off my feet, literally, one night while dancing! We have been together ever since. We moved to San Antonio and have a son, Maverick, who just turned 1 and 2 crazy dogs. We got engaged in Napa at Chase Cellars back in September so the Napa area is very special to us!
Q. Why did you choose your wedding venue?
A. I have actually not even been to Hotel Yountville yet! I was looking for a beautiful location in the Napa area that offered a small, elopement-like, intimate Napa wedding without costing an arm & a leg. Hotel Yountville just seemed like a great fit & had great reviews!

Q. Tell me about anything fun or unusual that will be happening during the day:
A. I am surprising my fiance Joe, during our ceremony with his favorite song that will be played while I walk down the aisle with my dad. It will begin with my mom and son walking down the aisle first. The song is “Holdin’ my Own” by Eric Church. After the ceremony, there will be a champagne toast and cocktail hour with appetizers outside, along with live music.

Q. What are you looking forward to most in your wedding photographs? (I love this question!)
A. Capturing the love and joy we have for each other in our little family! I absolutely love the candid photos… formals are nice too, but in moderation, ha!
