When Rosemary, the president and CEO of the fabulous Blow Dry Bar decided to celebrate her birthday, Rosemary did it in a big way. Family and friends gathered at the Los Altos Golf and Country Club which was decorated by Mandy Scott Flowers and danced the night away. Happy birthday Rosemary!
