Rustic and Elegant Chalk Hill Winery Wedding in Healdsburg

Another elegant Chalk Hill Estate wedding with Echo and her team at A Dream Wedding. This couple is just the cutest (take a look at their engagement session!) and it shows through the details of their beautiful wedding. They met on a soccer league and Jairo proposed to Stephanie in front of her family on an Alaska cruise.

We loved the lock display where each of their families put a lock on their names for them to seal in their vows. The ceremony between the trees was so special with the hilarious and heartfelt officiating by the Irish Rev. Paedar Dalton. {Fun fact, he also officiated my own vow renewal ceremony}. There was not a dry eye atop Chalk hill at this beautifully elegant wedding. We are always amazed at how they transform the equestrian arena space into a chic wedding reception. And the design went well with the Mariachi Band and gorgeous sunset views from the patio.

How they met. How the got engaged.

“We meet when both found ourselves on the same indoor soccer team. We started off as friends and it soon became something more. Our engagement happened in Alaska, on a family cruise. We had hiked to a beautiful waterfall, and my mom told Jairo and me to take a picture in front of it. As I posed for the pictures, I looked to Jairo who was down on one knee. It was AMAZING!!”

Why did you choose to have a Chalk Hill Estate wedding?

“I choose our wedding venue because of how beautiful the landscape was. I love nature and everywhere you go for a Chalk Hill Estate wedding you feel like you are one with the outdoors. I instantly fell in love with the equestrian center, even in pictures over the internet.”

Tell me about anything fun or unusual that will be happening during the day…

“We will be having a group play banda music during dinner time.”
